Coaching for organisations
Helping you retain and re-engage your women in tech and your technical teams
Coaching and workshops for the women who keep your technical operations running, and the managers who lead them.
Is your organisation experiencing...

Difficulties retaining and re-engaging top talent you’ve invested in
Talented individuals look to leave when they don’t know what’s next.

Managers who struggle to lead with confidence
New and experienced managers alike lack the skills and confidence to lead their teams effectively.

Teams that communicate but don’t truly collaborate
Silos, misunderstandings and breakdowns in communication impact trust and performance.
Why investing in Leadership Coaching is essential for retention
Between 40,000 and 60,000 women leave UK tech roles every year, and it peaks six to fifteen years in. That’s the point where you have finished investing in someone and started getting the benefit back.
The women I talk to don’t want to leave but they often don’t feel they have any other choice. By the time someone resigns, the decision was made months earlier.
Coaching reaches them before that, and gives them a way to change how the job feels without having to leave it.

Bespoke Workshops for Your Teams
Interactive group sessions tailored to your organisation
Women in Tech Sessions:
- Imposter Syndrome vs Self-Doubt. They stop discounting what they already know.
- Taking Charge of Your Career. They build a future with you, not elsewhere.
- Confidence Building. They speak up in the room, not afterwards.
Mentoring Programmes:
- Mentor & Mentee Kickstarts. Both sides know what good looks like.
Action Learning Sets:
- Peers solving live problems, building leaders as they go.
1:1 Coaching
Personalised coaching for individual growth
- Retaining Technical Women. Support before the resignation, not after.
- New Manager Transitions. They lead the team instead of doing the work.
- Leadership Development for High Potential Employees. Your succession plan, made real.
- Outplacement and Redundancy Support. People leave well, and the ones who stay notice.
- Visibility & Executive Presence. Good work gets seen by decision makers.
- Career Direction & Next Steps. Their next move happens with you.
Retainer Options
Ongoing coaching support
Two ways to keep me on hand. A retainer gives you an agreed amount of my time each month, used however you need it: coaching or a sounding board for whoever is under most pressure. Or buy a block of coaching hours up front and draw on them as things come up, which suits restructures and other things you can’t schedule in advance.
Benefits for your team:
- Individualised Attention: One-on-one sessions tailored to address specific career goals and personal aspirations.
- Confidential and Safe Space: Employees can openly discuss their ambitions and challenges without fear of judgement or repercussions.
- Strategic Clarity: Aligning personal goals with your company’s vision to foster deeper commitment.
- Boosted Confidence: Empowering employees to take charge of their development, enhancing job satisfaction and productivity.
Benefits for your organisation:
- Enhanced Employee Retention: When employees feel valued and supported, they’re more likely to stay with your company.
- Improved Performance: Coaching helps employees overcome obstacles and excel in their roles, driving overall business success.
- Improving inclusive leadership: Supporting employees from underrepresented groups to thrive in your organisation whilst being their authentic selves
- Positive Workplace Culture: A commitment to personal development fosters a more engaged and motivated workforce.
- External Perspective: External coaching provides objectivity, specialised expertise and the ability to address sensitive issues without internal biases.
The coach your team needs
I spent almost twenty years in media tech, starting as a broadcast engineer and finishing as Head of IP Networks at one of the UK’s largest commercial radio groups. I know the late nights and the early mornings, and the pressure to deliver on time and under budget. I know that when the broadcast is done well nobody notices, and when it goes wrong everybody does.
I’ve been where your employees are.
I’m credentialed with the International Coaching Federation at ACC level and with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as a Senior Practitioner, and my training is accredited by all three main global coaching bodies.
Plenty of coaches understand people. Not many have run a technical team through change. Your managers get both.

THE C³ FRAMEWORK
Clarity and confidence move organisations forward
Workshops can inspire. Training can inform. Coaching creates lasting behavioural change.
Through my C³ Framework, I help individuals and teams build the insight, clarity and confidence they need to grow and perform at their best.
Encouraging professionals to ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and gain clarity around complex workplace challenges.
Building the confidence to communicate effectively, make decisions, navigate uncertainty, and lead with greater impact.
Turning insight into action by defining priorities, aligning next steps, and creating a clear path toward meaningful change.
"Sabina delivered two excellent sessions - one to mentors and one to mentees - as part of the BBC's Women in STEM (WiSTEM) staff network mentoring scheme. The attendees gained a lot from the experience; the mentees were given a chance to think about their personal objectives and the mentors gained confidence in supporting their mentees. The sessions helped both mentors and mentees set up their relationships for success. Big thanks to Sabina and I would thoroughly recommend working with her."

Coaching Mentors and Mentees at the BBC
I worked with the BBC’s Women in STEM (WiSTEM) network to support their mentoring programme, delivering dedicated sessions for both mentors and mentees. With mentees, we focused on getting clear on their personal objectives and what they wanted to gain from the relationship, while the mentor session focused on building the confidence and skills to support those goals effectively. By giving both sides the space and tools to prepare, the sessions helped establish stronger, more purposeful mentoring relationships and set participants up for a successful experience from the outset.
